Blue Night InLei® Lash and Brow Tint semi-permanent lash and brow color are as bold as it is beautiful. It is ideal for clients with blonde and light brown hair that allow the blue tones to distinctively shine. It also works well for dark brown or black hair. However, you can mix it for example with a little InLei® Shiny Black tint for a darker customized color. This is for those who want the definition of thick eyelashes without using mascara!
