Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from placing your order, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Review the shipping charges displayed at checkout before placing your order.

Return shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For returns valued over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

30-day tracking policy

This policy applies to undelivered packages only. Packages marked as delivered must be investigated with the local post office and/or police department.

If tracking has not moved for 30 days, the package is eligible for reshipment starting on day 31. Reshipment requests must be made between days 31 and 60. Contact info@lashkings.com to request assistance and arrange reshipment.
